Ph.D. student

Department of Applied Science and Technology, Politecnico di Torino

Biography

Camilla Noè graduated in Master of in Materials from Politecnico di Torino in 2018. She spent the spring semester of 2018 at KTH-Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, working on her master thesis “Synthesis of photocurable hydrogels” under the supervision of prof. Minna Hakkarainen (Fiber and Polymer Technology Division). She is a Ph.D. student in Material Science working on Biobased Resins from November 2018. Her project is focused on UV-cationic photopolymerization of epoxidized vegetable oils for coating applications (in collaboration with Specific Polymers – Montpellier – France) and on the synthesis, characterization, and UV-curing of based on starch.
